Selective Toll Restriction

Description

This feature provides a subscriber with two levels of outgoing service under account code control. The line is in a toll blocked condition until a correct Personal Account Code (PAC) is dialed for each outgoing toll call. You must set up your Personal Account Code first.

Personal Account Code (PAC)

Operation

1. Lift the handset. Dial tone is returned.

2. Dial the feature access code for Subscriber PAC Set *61.

3. Enter the PAC twice to ensure that it is entered correctly. A short tone will be given when the programmed number of digits is reached for the first code entry. If the two codes match, confirmation tone will be returned. Otherwise reorder/NU tone will be given. (A PAC must have 4 digits and may consist of any series of digits from 0 to 9)

4. Once you have your PAC set, you are ready for the Selective Toll Restriction Operation.

Changing a Personal Account Code:

If the two codes match, confirmation tone will be returned and the new code will replace the old one. Otherwise reorder/NU tone will be given.
